PETER SENN YUEN CREATIVE DIRECTOR
To be a successful Creative Director, you need to be able to innately understand the needs of your client. Peter goes above and beyond this by forming collaborative relationships with our clients. Peter is equally tireless when it comes to managing extensive web projects and drumming up new creative concepts.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys cycling, writing songs with a bit of acoustic guitar, dancing salsa and exploring his passion for cooking.
MICHAEL HAUSLER DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Michael's diverse experience in business development and brand management through understanding his clients needs and seamlessly manages and communicates those needs has consistently and aggressively advanced the mission of clients and growth of their brands.
On a personal note, Michael is interested in making healthier choices and inspire others to do the same. Whether that is going for a morning run, choosing a side salad over french fries, or simply smiling more often. Michael is about making better choices in life and motivating people to spread the message of helping others make positive changes of their own.
BEATA DOMAGALA LEAD DEVELOPER // PROJECT MANAGER
Beata exemplifies the adaptable, multi-disciplinary ethos of a creative technologist. A multilingual Polish-born front-end developer who is also a wife, mother, yoga instructor and avid world traveler, Beata brings an artist’s eye for beauty and a coder’s attention to detail to every project she touches. After graduating from college with a degree in multimedia, she honed her skills at a number of award-winning agencies in NYC, working on the lead development team for clients like Dior, Trader Joe’s, Premium Outlets, Wisdom Tree and Hershey’s.
Since 2010 Beata has been coding and IT consulting for Medical Bound. Beata loves that the digital landscape is always changing, and that there is always something new to learn.
MIRIAM CASTILLO CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Born in Mexico City, Miriam Castillo is a visual designer and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York. Her hand-drawn illustrations are creative whimsy, fantasy and exploration. She is an antiquarian, fascinated by Victorian design, and draws inspiration from her journey as a yoga instructor – which has connected her to a whole new world.
Miriam ventures in custom design services from visual design, pattern making and graphic design to illustration and murals. Finding her passion in mixed media, she is an artist that pushes her craft forward in creative.
MARCELA POVEDA PR DIRECTOR
Marcela lives by one rule: Create a life you LOVE! In doing so, she developed a career spanning the legal, political, philanthropic and entertainment industries while cultivating first-hand knowledge of brand creation and development. The result is an invaluable contribution to Bound’s branding, marketing and social media expertise.
Most recently Marcela worked for a sports & entertainment business management firm specializing in project management, brand development, marketing and creative consulting. Currently, she is also a Product Specialist for a luxury car company, representing their brand nationwide.
Marcela earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. in Music Business Professions from New York University. Interests include traveling, reading, TV/Film, comedy, philanthropy, writing, acting and singing. She is also a self-proclaimed “foodie” and a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
RYAN EDMONSON COPYWRITER // DESIGNER
Ryan has over 15 years of advertising experience across a range of industries including high-tech, retail, consumer packaged goods and healthcare. Originally from Austin, Texas, he moved to New York to work on traditional and interactive campaigns for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Nike and Verizon.
A reluctant runner, Ryan has completed three marathons and might do a few more if his knees cooperate. Over the past decade he has had the good fortune of traveling to Europe, Africa and Australia and is studying Japanese in the hopes of visiting Tokyo in the near future.
JASON CHRZANOWSKI WEB DEVELOPER
Jason currently resides in Northern New Jersey. He has been doing web design and development for 8+ years, while working with some major clients including but not limited to Morgan Stanley, AT&T, General Motors, Edward Jones, Dell, Cisco, Toyota, Target, and Astrazeneca. He has a bachelors of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Web Design from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He also has a Masters in Web Design from Sessions College School of Design. In his spare time he loves to follow the Yankees and New York Giants as well as playing baseball himself.
TOM WEIS PHOTOGRAPHER
Tom loves light. This love of light became the force behind photography... is what drove him to become a photographer.
He has also photographed for several magazines, NYC modeling agencies, newspapers, and commercial clients.
Additionally he is Technical Director of Photography at Long Island University in Brooklyn. He loves helping students become better photographers. Tom's personal work includes documenting the carefree play of children and creating Rorschach-type abstracts, but his favorite subjects are his two daughters, Julie and Ellie. His interests include cycling (used to be on the college team), Sci-Fi (Battlestar Galactica), anime (Bleach), learning Japanese (Hajememashite!), and chocolate (GOOD chocolate)
TRAVIS WILLIAMS FILM MAKER
After graduating from college with a degree in Digital Multimedia, Travis has spent the last 7 years enhancing his skills in video editing. He's worked at a LongIsland based television studio for the past 6 years using his visual and creative abilities to help enhance television shows and special video packages. At Bound he hopes to help clients stand out from among the rest in their pursuit of success. He understands that its only when you look your best that we can truly shine as well. In his spare time he likes to write, play basketball, and watch movies.
ANTHONY CARELLA DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Anthony is a cinematographer based in Brooklyn, NY. Since discovering his love for film, he has shot numerous short films, commercials, and music videos. Anthony strives to create an organized work environment when leading both camera and lighting departments. His main focus on set is to take the director’s vision and execute it visually.
In his personal time, Anthony, enjoys playing guitar, photography, and cooking.
EMILY KATE WRITER
Emily Kate comes to Medical Bound with a background in writing and public relations. After studying English and professional writing in both college and graduate school, Emily began her career at St. Martin’s Press in New York City, and transitioned from buying and editing titles to reading and evaluating manuscripts with the literary agency Kidde, Hoyt & Picard. Emily moved from writing to marketing, first in the financial industry then fleeing to Grassroots PR, where she was Client Services Director for over 30 accounts – designing, directing and writing local level public relations campaigns for brands such as Avon, The Body Shop, Allstate and Curves Fitness.
Emily Kate still plans to be a rock star when (and if) she grows up, and when her nose isn’t tucked into her laptop, her alter ego can be found leading a kick-butt spin class, holding a plank pose, cooking something tasty, or playing a high-stakes game of chase with her five year old son, Jack.
STEVEN TONG CINEMATOGRAPHER
I am a lens-based artist. Plain and simple. I like to make cool stuff with cool people who love what they do. I was a photojournalist for Condé Nast after I got my bachelor degree in Media and Cultural Studies. In 2012, I came to New York for film school. I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2013 and now live and work in the camera department on film, tv and commercial sets. I've had the pleasure of working on productions or projects for NBC, Red Bull, Über, Cadillac, Coca Cola & many more secretly awesome clients.
I like backpacking, cooking, playing guitar & exploring the city that I currently call home, New York.
DYLAN EDWARDS VIDEO EDITOR
Dylan has over 8 years of experience in film editing, from Windows Movie Maker to extensive experience in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro X. He's worked on documentaries, narrative film, and commercials covering any and all styles of editing and story telling. Originally from a small city in Connecticut, Dylan began his editing making video game films called "machinima." Signed to a company, he began his path to film making and a passion for editing. Garnering millions of views he soon realized that this was his calling and applied to several film schools.
Dylan now studies at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, pursing a career in film editing as a senior.
